Throughout this year’s celebration of Black History Month, Xavier University of Louisiana came up with a plan to do a series of keynote speakers. This year keynotes included Marc Lamont Hill, Shaun King, and Stevona Rogers. These events have brought out many students who have interests in figuring out how to be more impactful in the world they live in today. Many students as well as guest have pressed the issue of living through the Trump Era and the positive ways shoe show rather you are in favor or you aren’t.
